Do yoga

When Isabel enters the gym she immediately decides to try do do yoga for the first time in her life.

"Yoga! I've heard that's a good way to get fit!" Isabel thinks for herself. She steps into the room and sees plenty of women and men doing yoga. However, the first thing meeting Isabel is a woman whistling at her and pointing down to Isabel's shoes and then to a sign.

"No shoes allowed. Barefoot only in the yoga room." This makes Isabel hesitant at first, since she has to put her shoes and socks with all the others shoes and socks. What if they get stolen? she thinks, but Isabel then does as she is told to, because she really wants to try this yoga thing. She took her place in the back, just in front of another girl around her age and a few other people.

The instructor then tells everybody to do a so called standing Forward Fold, which means that they have to bend their upper body down all the way to the floor while keeping their legs as straight as possible. This is not a good start for Isabel, who today decided to wear way too small clothes for this...
