Do the daily tasks
You get up and change into a loose shirt, shorts that barely cover your knees and some sneakers, before you go out of your apartment you grab your phone and wallet and do the 10 minutes of stretches even if they are tedious.
Once you are out you start walking wothout a real place you need to go, you think about going to the library for information on your assignements only to quickly dismiss the idea and chuckle to yourself.
Without knowing you arrived at a shopping district and deciding it was enough walking you mark both the stretches and walk done for the day prompting a pop-up to appear.
