After crying for several minutes Demi says through her sobs :

To which the doctor replies in as comforting a voice as possible :

If you don't I will have to call some orderlies into the room and your clothes will be removed by ****.

Furthermore, if it comes to that the law states that you will be arrested for breaking the new laws and as such you will then be taken to a special facility where you will be trained to accept your new life in a much more comprehensive manner.
