You leave that alone, and instead focus on new seasons of existing or old shows, to be released on a new Disney platform, Disney After Dark.

Disney is in it for the money, and has chosen to monetize the heavier adult content, now having an age verified platform to show the much sexier Marvel movies, as well as a new slate of renewed and new Disney TV shows, with PG-13, R and TV-MA ratings where nearly anything can be shown.

Disney buys the rights to Playboy TV and the Playboy video archived as well, as to better fill it with sufficient content for a paying audience.

This will start with some new seasons for older shows, but will go into Playboy TV interviews and programming, and a lot of other new content.
