Discussing rent was not what you thought you'd be doing

"Well, it's hardly stealing though..." You decide to butt in on this tender moment between the two girls, even as what you wish to say makes you feel another pang of grief and jealousy. You really don't want to lose Rachel after all, even if it'd break your heart to see those two going separate ways. "I guess you could say it's more like borrowing...?"

You manage to say the last bit with a friendly smile on your face at least, and are positively surprised when both girls burst into laughter at your cautious offer. It seems like the ice is definitively breaking at last, and the brief moment of tension between you has already dissipated completely.

"And what's that supposed to mean?" Rachel asks you, with feigned indignation in her voice, though her eyes and the smile on her lips reveal her humorous mood. "Am I suddenly part of the house now? Are you trying to raise the rent for my room, or something...?"

"That's almost what he makes it sound like!" Katie's quick to agree, which causes you to blush ever so slightly while they tease you for the strange remark. Perhaps you'd be kinda fine with it though, if your second tenant was a girl like Katie, and if she was willing to keep contributing to your loved one's happiness.

"But... I wasn't actually talking about Rachel, you know?" She adds then, with a clever little smile on her lips, and allow her blue eyes to roam down your body. If you hadn't found that she had about the same kind of dirty humor as your lovely housemate, then perhaps you'd even believe that she's literally drooling with expectation as her eyes return to your own again.

But then again, she also seem to share her friend's more carnal interests, which is again reflected in those deep pools that's looking up at you under short blonde bangs...

"Well, that changes a few things." Rachel smoothly intervenes, before you're start to feel like you're drowning in those cute blue eyes, and causes both you and Katie to return your attention to the busty young woman at the third side of the table. She's got something slightly businesslike to her voice now, but still remain smiling while her eyes meet your own. "And I'm not going to sell him cheap...!"

"Aww...?" Katie laughs, but stays tuned while she glances you over once more. There's definitively more than just a little bit of interest showing on her face by now, but she manage to keep it under control while her friend hasn't even finished whatever kind of proposition she's about to come up with...
