Dinner with Christina and Charmaine

Who cares about a dumb RA? It’s not everyday that you get a chance to hang out with hot girls like this… actually, now that you’re in college, you might really get the chance to. Huh. But anyways, they’re hot, so you’d rather spend time with them.

“Well, if isn’t my math buddy Alex,” Christina says as you greet the girls.

“So you’ve got a class with him too,” Charmaine says. She’s perfectly poised – back straight, voice betraying not a hint of jealousy, but then, why would she make a statement like that?

“Yes, it does tend to be that freshmen end up in the same classes. Funny how that works, isn’t it?” Christina says. She’s doing that lean thing again to show off her cleavage.

“Now that you mention it, it does seem like the same people keep showing up over and over again. Not that it’s a bad thing,” you immediately clarify, “it’s just that… well it’s a little bit like the stars aligning, no?”

“Ah, the stars and the heavens conspired tonight to bring you to our humble table,” Christina waxes eloquent. “The subtle voice of fate has spoken, and it’s whispered to me, telling me that I must defend my honour against the shitty ping-pong wannabe at the table.” She bats her eyelashes at that, but it’s clear what she’s really playing at.

“Hold on a second, I would thrash you any day of the week, and you know it,” you say. “It’d be no contest, but I’d be happy to dispel any residual delusions you still have.”

“There was also a large quantity of reading assigned for our Writing Seminar class. Some of them are dense feminist texts on sex that I’ve encountered before. I’d be happy to work through them with you for a bit,” Charmaine says. “That is, if you’re not too busy playing silly ball games.”

“Woah, woah, woah, did Charmaine just ask a guy to do something with her?” Christina exclaims, holding her hands up.

“I think she just did,” you begin, before you finish your sentence…
