Different Couple, Different Story

For the next month after the party, Bobby and Lacey and Ben and Kacey went on a few double dates. Ben's dad bought him a brand new crew cab pickup truck for his sixteenth birthday and he drives as he is the only one with a vehicle. Also, the twins tell the boys they need to be together so their parents won't worry. Actually their parents don't know the girls are on the dates as the twins have friends lying for them and saying they are on sleep overs. At this time, Kacey learns that many of the party goers drank from doctored drinks at the party and one of the effects was that it made them more fertile. It was strong enough to reverse her birth control and she is pregnant from her first night with Ben.

Ben hears about this and figures he can't do better than the beautiful blonde and offers to marry her. Ben is not smart and Kacey is not much better but Ben's dad helps them out by giving them overpaying nothing jobs at his financial advisory company. He also sets them up with a great portfolio that will cover their lifetime should something unexpected happen to him.

Bobby and Lacey have problems as while Bobby didn't get her pregnant, her parents don't approve of her dating him especially after Kacey tells them that she is pregnant. They also didn't know the girls were taking birth control pills and are upset at the lies the girls told and for religious reasons. Kacey was **** to quit the cheerleading squad as soon as her pregnancy (and planned marriage) became known. Lacey was made to quit as well as her parents want to keep a better eye on her. They don't kick her out of the house as they would look bad in the community and church. Lacey runs away (well... sorta-she IS 18) over Christmas break and transfers to Green River Area High School for her last semester. She works 40 hours a week at the Smith grocery store and at your town's only fast food restaurant. Bobby is 18, and after school, works the second shift at the same sawmill as his dad. With all their working, Lacey and Bobby have a strained relationship and barely graduate.

Lacey is officially listed as living in a rented room at your uncle's house until graduation. After graduation she and Bobby move into the apartment in the basement. Bobby continues to work at the sawmill and works on cars on the side. Lacey takes a job at a convenience store and works as a waitress. Without the demands of school they spend more time together and their relationship improves. In part to save money and because they enjoy it, Bobby and Lacey hunt and fish a lot and raise a large garden on the vacant lot next to your uncle's large house.
