You lift her on her feet and quickly cuff her hands, while she is still gagging and spitting. She makes a frightened and shocked shriek, so you clasp her mouth from behind. You push her forward against the desk, pinning her with your body. You feel her firm butt pressed against your crotch from her wiggling and squirming, but she doesn't have room to kick you.

You pull the blindfold down again- as she can't see you from that position- and use it as a cleave gag once more. Her cuffed hands are caught between her body and the desk, so you just have to take care for her feet. You have another cuff in your pocket, but her boots will make it difficult to use them.

You're well equipped, however, and you slide down and tie her ankles with a piece of cord. After that, it is safe to lift her onto the desk.
