Defroculus!

Leah was giving her Valedictorian speech in front of her entire high school graduating class, faculty, staff, and friends and family of everyone graduating. She was very nervous, and had practiced for hours to speak loud and clear. However her nerves were a jumble, and she found it hard to focus. As her nerves and fear made her heart race and her head ache, she closed her eyes as she tried to think of something that could help. She tried an old trick her parents told her.

"Picture them naked. Picture. Them. Naked!" She thought to herself.

She opened her eyes, and saw everything was an odd shade of red. Most odd, was that every single woman she looked at was suddenly naked. At first Leah assumed it meant her trick worked, so she continued to speak, feeling comforted by the illusion that seemed so real. However, as she heard gasps, squeals, and murmurs, she realized all too late that her visions of naked women weren't just her imagination! All her classmates, their families, friends, and faculty members were shocked to see all the females in their midst stripped bare!

Leah's nerves returned, but as she watched all the female flesh writhe and jiggle, she smiled. If she could control it, maybe it wouldn't be so bad...

Then she saw her reflection in a nearby video camera

No sooner had her curious mind wonder of she could, she saw her own clothes disintegrate into nothing, leaving her onstage naked behind the podium. She cowered as she backed away, and covered her eyes as best she could. Her father was able to cover her and rush her away back home.

Weeks passed, she had went to the hospital to seek treatment. The local university was able to run tests, and determine that her eyes emitted a blast of powerful radiation, which was why she saw red, as infrared radiation can be very powerful. However, once it passed her eyes, the beam was completely invisible to human eyes. It seemed to only work on women's bodies, and whenever their skin is covered, the waves from my optic blast destroys whatever they're wearing.

The doctors at the university designed a special visor for her to wear so she can open her eyes and not undress all the women in sight. She found that not only could she target specific women with it, she could even change how intense her blasts were, so she can destroy a specific clothing item, rather than just obliterate their entire outfit. As much fun as it is to strip women naked, she also likes to toy with them a bit, especially if she feels they deserve it.

The doctors in the university lab started calling her Defroculus, since she can literally defrock, or undress, women with her eyes. She thinks she likes the moniker. Though she may be using her powers for evil, it's not to say that they can't be used for good too.
