Kira is the big evil in this. She runs Deep Space nine and has worf as her love ****. Her race are now a decadent people who been opressing the klingons. There is a constan power stuggle with her underlings trying to take her throne as head bitch

There also a resistent movemnt trying to stop her evil run by the doctor Bashir.
