''It would seem that C was right. The Hokage has indeed Fled.'' Says the Raikage. ''Yep and all thanks to Sasuke.'' Adds the Tsūchikage as the Raikage Charges Madara/Obito and goes straight trough him to his disbelief. ''Anything Akatsuki is Bad News, and Honestly isn't making Sense. Return Sasuke Right Now!'' Says the Raikage. ''That will depend on your response to what I'm about to tell you.'' Says Madara Uchiha / Obito. ''Just Calm down Raikage! Let's hear him out, and take it from there.'' Says the Tsūchikage before the Akatsuki Teleports Sasuke and Karin. ''So that's what Madara's Ability is?'' Asks/confirms Kankurō. ''It's the Transportation Technique.'' Confirms Temari.

''Now then, are all of you finally prepared to listen?'' Asks Madara/Obito ''First of all I have a few Questions: One I take it you've recruited Sasuke due to his Mastery of the Sharingan and his Attainment of our Clan's Susano'o Technique? Secondly You are a fellow Master of the Mangekyō Sharingan Doijutsu Technique known as Kamui, which you use for Intangibility Do you not? And Thirdly if you are indeed My Grand Uncle then It confirms my Suspicions that you Manipulated the Mist into Conspiring to destroy the Hidden Leaf Village by Sealing the Three-Tails into Rin Nohara, Teammate of my two Maternal Uncles: Kakashi Hatake and Obito Uchiha, and a former Student of The Nine-Tails Jinchūriki Host's Father and the only person to ever Defeat the Current Raikage and his little Brother in combat and Scare the Tsūchikage into surrendering in a single Battle respectively. You know that Am I referring to Minato Namikaze, better known to us as The Fourth Hokage and Father of Naruto Uzumaki, a boy you tried to kill shortly after his birth, tell me that I'm Wrong! I dare you!'' ''My my Shisui, You truly are the Progeny of my Younger Brother, for only he could've realised the full extent of my involvement in the Past Wars. But as for Sasuke, you are only half right, his Susano'o isn't exactly fully matured when compared to your own Mastery of the Susano'o. And furthermore Sharingan who actually acquire the Susano'o are quite Rare, I like to stock up on good eyes, and by battling the Five Kage, he'd hone his visual prowess. Asks Shisui. ''You are right Shisui, it did indeed happen that way, but it's not just that, you see My other injuries were too severe, and I currently have little power, I am But a shell of my former Self.'' Replies Madara. ''Oh I get it, then this plan of yours is to restore your power is that it?!'' Asks C.

The Aggregate of all the Tailed-Beast's? From Shukaku to Kurama? Are you mad?! If you revive it Then Kaguya Otsutsuki is liable to be freed! And even if you win She dould kill you in the blink of an eye with her Legendary and highly lethal Kekkei Genkai, something only the now Extinct Kaguya Clan possessed, although admittedly it had bedome so diluted that its user's could only use it to modify their own bone-Structure. But that is madness!''Demands and Declares a Terrified and Enraged Shisui. ''Kazekage! Do you know what he intends to do?'' Asks the Mizūkage. ''Perhaps. It foretold the Reincarnation of Indra Otsutsuki and Asura Otsutsuki the Sage's Sons and Indra's Curse of Hatred and Asura's Will of Fire, Sasuke aand Madara here are among the Curse's Victims. But more to the point According to the Tablet myself and my Fellow Uchiha are descendants of Indra and the Senju and Uzumaki Are the descendants of Asura.'' Says Shisui before he steadies his breath.

She went mad with power and became the Ten-Tails, Hamura and Hagoromo sealed her and Hagoromo became the Ten-Tails Jinchūriki, and the beast Had almost Infinite Chakra, which means if Madara revives it he could Launch the Infinite Tsukuyomi and bring a false and dishonest peace to the world, The Tablet cannot be decoded without The Sharingan, Mangekyō Sharingan, and Rinnegan Respectively, without Visual Prowess nothing can be revealed, but shortly befor he passed on the Sage split the beast's chakra into Nine separate Entities and scattered them all across the world and then sealed it in the sky where it became the moon.'' ''So your planning to gather up all of the Tailed-Beast's and gain that Immense power? I can understand that part of your plan yes, but Are you planning to do this Infinite Tsukuyomi?'' Asks Milfunè. Says Shisui. ''So what exists inside a Genjutsu World? There's No hope! No Dreams! Its just an Escape!'' Says the Mizūkage. ''If I'm not mistaken you've tried a plan quite similar to this twice before have you not, your agent Sasori had an Underling Known as Mukade who destroyed the City of Rõrān, and only My Father, The Fourth Hokage, Lord Chõza Akimichi, Genma Shiranu, and Kakashi Hatake and His future Student and The Fourth's Son Naruto Uzumaki Survived? Also you traveled to an Alternative Dimension and Took Naruto Uzumaki and Sakura Haruno with you, I Was **** to Follow and Free them, the only difference was that everyone was a complete opposite.''

''Hehehehehe, and what with all your talk, have all you five Kage Accomplished, you of all people should know the truth now!'' Says M/O as all the Kage Gasp. ''There is no hope! ''War you say?'' Asks The Tsūchikage. ''Eight-Tails? What do you mean? You captured Bee!'' Demands the Raikage in confused anger. ''The Eight-Tails Capture failed and he escaped. Now there's a Shinobi who makes a proper Jinchūriki , there's no one quite like your Younger Brother.'' Replies Madara Simply as the Raikage looks completely Shell-shocked. ''Oh? so it's true? I had a feeling he escaped.'' Says Darui as C sighs and Raikage Rants about giving him his Iron Claw. ''I won't give up Naruto Uzumaki!'' Declares Shisui. ''And Neither will I.'' Says The Mizūkage in agreement. ''What about you Raikage?'' Asks the Tsūchikage. ''I'll never Hand over My Brother!'' Shouts the Raikage once more defiantly. ''I may not have any power, but still have the powers of the Seven Tailed-Beast's I've Collected. You have no Chance of Winning!'' Replies M/O. ''We Will never abandon Hope.'' Answers Shisui.

''Very Well. I hereby Declare War on you all! The Fourth Great Ninja War Begins Now!'' Says M/O. ''What? Your starting the Fourth Great Ninja War? Are you Mad?'' Asks the Tsūchikage as M/O stares Down the Five Kage before Answering. ''The next Time we meet Shall be in Battle!'' After that M/O then Uses Kamui to Teleport Away.

After a Long Silence the Tsūchikage speaks up.

''Alright then, what should we all do now?'' He asks. ''If It weren't for the Fact that Madara Has the First Seven Tailed-Beast's, two of Which aren't entirely complete I might add, we'd probably take him out and then war amongst ourselves but let me tell you something, and this must stay in tnis room, My father once told me of how Madara and Hashirama Senju were the Reincarnations of the Sage's Son's, and as their Nephew and the child of both an Uchiha and Senju he inherited the Sage's Chakra which Gave him the Rinnegan and by extension gave me it as well, I've kept it hidden since the Uchiha Massacre, and My father's Disappearance, right now As both A User of the Rinnegan, A Wielder of Wood-Style and A Jinchūriki I am the only one capable of going toe-to-toe with Madara and controlling the Tailed-Beast's. But To say that I can win a war by myself is Foolish beyond measure, so We Need to pool our respective Resources and have Our Nation's form an Alliance. Its the only way besides becoming or enlisting the Aid of the Three Summoning Species who Specialise in the Training and development of Sage Art Ninjutsu, and at least together we'd stand a chance of defeating Madara and his Seven Tailed-Beast's.'' Says Shisui. ''Lord Raikage you oppose this Idea?'' Questions the Mizūkage. ''It would seem that my little brother is Safe. But we cannot allow ourselves to be bullied by the Akatsuki any longer! Form the Alliance and We'll Settle this for Good!'' Declares the Raikage.

''But what about the Hidden Leaf? The Hokage ran off remember?'' Says the Tsūchikage. ''There's too much suspicion around Danzō and After whats happened at this summit he's completely lost our trust. And when the Hidden Leaf's Ninja find out about this His position will become Shaky. He must be diposed Soon.'' Says the Raikage.

''Actually I need to tell you all something, I received intel that Danzō Was behind my Clan's Downfall, which would explain why he fled when Sasuke made it here, and then attempted to pursue Him. Furthermore I only trust one man to Lead the Hidden Leaf.'' Says Shisui. ''Who is that?'' Asks the Raikage. ''Kakashi Hatake of the Sharingan Eye, as a student of the Fourth Hokage and the Sensei of the Fourth's Son who is also the Nine-Tails Jinchūriki he alone has the best chance of controlling the Nine-Tails.'' ''Do you mean the Son of the White Fang?'' Asks the Tsūchikage. ''That's acceptable, he at least seems more Trustworthy than Danzō.'' Replies the Raikage. ''Indeed.'' Says Kankurō to Temari.

''Lord Raikage we should Pursue your Brother's Trail, and as both a Jinchūriki Host and a Skilled Sensory-Type I have the best chance of Tracking down Your brother, so I suggest you and I along with one of our Guards each Pursue him while the other two inform Kakashi.'' Adds Shisui. ''How do you figure that Kazekage?'' Asks the Tsūchikage. ''We Jinchūriki have a Telepathic link to each other meaning it can be used for good or ill furthermore As I still have the Three-Tails in my possession, it further increases my chances of Finding Lord Raikage's Brother due to the History of trust between the Eight and Three-Tails. Also we shouldn't Waste time especially since Only Kisame Hoshigaki and Black Zetsu remain among the Akatsuki, meaning that Madara has to further Add to his plan, I'll head out now to get a head start and leave markers for You to follow, however we must Keep the Eight-Tails and Nine-Tails in protective custody as soon as we find them. Temari you stay with the rest of the Kage while Kankurō and I pursue the Eight-Tails, this is not a request, but an Order.''
