What's the wardrobe?
Dave makes a silkworm
"I wish your clothes fit." Dave grips the bone, but feels no response. "Hm, I guess it doesn't work on clothes." Dave frowns but quickly thinks of a solution. "I'll be right back."
After what Jake had put her through, Dave rejects using the bone on his mother. Besides, Dave wants to test a theory.
I wish the pest would leave the house. I wish one of them would come and wait in front of me. Dave is pleased to find the bone can work on non-humans as a spider scurries over the wood to stand before him.
Dave imagines the form he wants the spider to take and wishes it into existence. The spider grows and contorts and Dave has to avert his eyes from the disturbing show. Once Dave deems it safe to look, he sees a silver-haired girl demure before him. She stands 4'2" with an A cup and porcelain skin full on display. The only remains of her inhumanity are her still spider mind and several needle-like apendages tucked discretely against her ribs. Though she continues to stand in place, she grips her belly from her new hunger.
"Amazing," Dave gasps, "so this thing can even defy the conservation of mass."
About a minute after he'd left, Dave returns to his mother's room with the newly named silkworm, Sylvia, in toe.
"Who is that?" Susan frowns at the naked girl.
"Relax, Mom, I didn't use a human. Sylvia, Mom needs some new clothes."
Sylvia nods and takes a moment to measure Susan. She needs only to walk around Dave's mom before setting to work. Sylvia puckers her lips and pulls a thread out between her thumb and forefinger and hands it off to her top-most needles. The needles move at blinding speeds forming the thread into a chic outfit for Susan. Contrary to her name as a silkworm, Dave had wished for her to produce any material for her clothes. It would be taxing had Dave not wished for her to no longer need food, water, or air nor feel hunger, thirst or suffocation. The way she was now, Sylvia could produce indefinitely without consuming anything.
Susan looked on with wide-eyed amazement as Sylvia finished the skirt. Dave, however had quickly noticed the flaw in his new matter forge. She could make any material imaginable, but only in service to making clothes.
I wish she could make anything. Dave smiled at the throbbing in his hand, knowing his alteration had been enforced.
Susan slipped into her new clothes as soon as Sylvia set them down. "These feel great!" She marvels as she twists testing her new outfit only to find it exceed all hopes she'd ever had for clothes. She rushes Sylvia pulling her into a chesty hug. It might have suffocated a normal girl, but Sylvia, with no need for air, just nuzzled into Susan's embracing bosom happy to have pleased Susan. Susan coos and strokes Sylvia's long hair.
"What do you think, Mom?" Dave interrupted. "Should Sylvia join our family?"
Susan started to pull the little girl out of her nest. "I think that's a wonderful idea."
Do Dave and Susan get Sylvia settled in, or go to the bar?
