Dare

In the end, Ashley's pride is enough to outweigh her survival instinct. The decision is clearly agonizing for her, as she refuses to make eye contact with anyone in the circle for nearly a full minute.

Finally she speaks up. "Dare," she says, quiet as a mouse. You've never seen Ashley act shy before. Apparently there's a first time for everything.

"Sorry, hon, we couldn't--" Marlena begins to say, but she's cut off.

"I said dare!" Ashley says, much more loudly than the first time. She still looks pissed to have had to make this decision, but she's standing firm in it regardless.

Right next to her, John looks like a kid on Christmas morning who's just unwrapped the exact present he wanted. You've got no idea what kind of experience he has, but it's unlikely that he's ever had an opportunity like this one before. All his options are turning over in his head, you can see it in his eyes. This is exactly what he wanted when he asked to join in on the game tonight.

"I got it," he says with a smug prickly look on his face. He knows exactly how little Ashley wants to go through with this, as well as the fact that her pride won't let her skip out on the dare. "You're going to suck my cock right here with everyone watching, get my load on your face, and keep it there until the end of the game."

No one around the circle says a word, least of all Ashley. She looks pissed beyond belief that she ended up in this situation. But here it is, and now the rest of the other players wait with baited breath to see exactly what she chooses to do.
