In the Watch Tower, the entire Justice League was assembled. A city had appeared off the coast of both Gotham and Metropolis. Why there wasn't any hostile actions from the city, they couldn't any chances. As the Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman discusse what to do, the varies super heroes and heroines just talked to their friends.

After some time Batman used the intercom.

" A few hours ago, a city appeared out of thin air off the coast of both Gotham and Metropolis. Why there been no hostile actions we can't the chance that this isn't some kind of trap by Darkside or another villain. So we are sending several teams to the city to investigate." Said Batman, this cause the varies members to wonder who where going to be the teams.

Soon they where being called to foam groups.
