The Hutt lets out a disgusting sound as the droid translates.

“The Mighty Niima would like to offer you a an experimental position,” the droid says.

“What type of position?”

“As you may know, many citizens of this galaxy pass through this outpost, whether it be to ask for or accept favors from the Great Niima,”

“What does that have to do with me?” Rey asked.

Despite asking, Rey already knew where the conversation was going to end up. It was especially obvious since she was asked to strip the moment she walked into the room.

She was lucky enough to avoid Unkar Plutt’s earlier advances on her but something tells her she won’t be as lucky this time.

“We would like to have you as our payment towards future clients, in exchange for food, shelter and… occasional clothing.” The droid explained.

Niima was all but ready to whore me out, Rey thought. Comparatively, living in the desert, all alone and having to earn her sustenance for the past years had been pretty tough on the young Rey.

And it’s not like I haven’t done it multiple times in the past, Rey remembered. What’s a few more times? Just until I can get back on my feet!
