When it was time to leave their homeworld forever they embarked and were put into cryosleep.

They are not expected to wake up before their ship has reached Haven To Be, their designation for a collection of exoplanets some 30 lightyears beyond the Arctis Planetary System.

However, their long journey takes them through the outer edges of Arctis, whose inhabitants have already discovered the passing ship. With no conscious crew, this ark would be easy pickings for any raider...

But life-sign scanners don't pick up the army of robots on the ship. Someone needed to navigate and fix problems that arise during such a long journey. Others specialize in caring for the health of the cyrosleepers and watching over them. All of the robots are trained to protect Fontis life at any cost.
