Crono and Lucca attack, Marle backs them up with Techs.

Crono carges into battle with his sword back and ready to strike, as Lucca aims her gun at Dalton's chest.

"Center of mass," she thinks. "Nothing fancy, just make sure to hit the enemy." She hold her right hand steady with her left and squints against the light reflection in the snow. "Almost in my sights...."

Crono swings his sword and cuts Dalton across the chest. Dalton grunts and uses some invisible **** to push him back. Crono catches himself before falling and ends up on one knee. He decides to let Lucca have a shot at him before he eliminates him.

"Is that all you've got, boy?! You should've stayed ho....EERRRRGGGHHH!!!" Dalton's taunt was cut short by a blast of light from Lucca. He cluthed his chest as Lucca smiled.

"And you should've left Crono's mom alone," she retorted.

"Not bad, children....," Dalton panted. That blast hurt! He started to cast a spell he'd been developing, but he saw Marle surrounding herself with light. "What's this?! Can that girl use magic?! But...only the people of Zeal can use magic!! This cannot be true!!"

Marle extended her arms toward Dalton, and released a series of bright white sparks from her hands. They hovered above Dalton for a second, then came together to form a large blockk of ice. Dalton could only look up and try to scream as it came down on him. For a while, everything was still.

"Looks like we won," Lucca said, putting her gun in it's holster. "Let's go get your mom, Crono."

Marle jumped up in celebration of another victory. "Yeah! Mission accomplished!! He said she was behind him, and now there's nothing in the way! Let's go!!"
