Creating a syndicate

In fact with all these criminal talent that she sees in the locker room full of thieves, pimps, and assassins, why can't she create her own crime syndicate? Make it bigger and stronger then one she worked in. She can picture her standing at the front of her own faction, her own family, Making that bitch Tanya Mcvan bend to her knees as she sits at the head of the table, controlling the league, and then making deals with the Cartels in the Lucha league and with the Triads and Yakuzza in the Oriental league she will be unstoppable and everyone who tried to push her down wish they haven't.

But she should start this slow so no one will see her coming. But who should she try to recruit first. So many bad and tweeners girls out there it's hard to choose
