Carly is probably just going to bitch to you all night as she has before. It's not like she'll just dump Chris for you. He may be a dick to her, but he's got money and she's a bit of a gold digger and you've seen it all in her videos already. Courtney however looks stunning tonight. And her boyfriend Tyler just went to the kitchen. "I think I'm going to go see how Courtney is. I'll see you around Carly."

"Oh, okay John..." Carly answers disappointed, "I'll be around..."

You notice Carly wander away. You walk right past Julia, making sure to pay no attention to her and head directly over to Courtney. "Hey Courtney, what's up?"

She doesn't even lift her head up from her phone and says, "Oh hey.

So... I'm moving, wanna help?"

"Wait, what?" You ask.

She hits send and looks up at you. "My living situation is not working out. I just have to move out.."

"What about your relationship, still staying together?"

"We're really different people now. I just hope we can still be friends afterwords." Courtney replies "He is a good guy you know."

"Well if you want that to happen you should probably word it better than how you just told me."

"Yeah, of course I will."

"Well, if you want someone to talk to about it I'm around for you."

"Aww, thanks John. You're such a great guy." She caresses your shoulder a bit with that and looks into your eyes just a little longer than a friend should.

"Anything for my friends. Just do what you think is best." You say looking back into her eyes.

"I think I'll tell him tonight." She says still close to you. You notice Tyler coming back over with a few drinks. She doesn't notice and is still a little awkwardly close to you.
