Cornered!

Another robot had appeared directly in front of her. Sue didn't know where it had come from, and now was not the time to figure it out. As the tentacles reached for her, Sue unleashed a barrage of invisible daggers, hoping they would somehow pierce the metal. To her surprise, the robot tentacles tore and flinched backwards. They were soon replaced by more, however.

Sue frantically unleashed another barrage. She knew she couldn't keep this up for long- to make daggers so powerful had used up much of her energy. She glanced behind her to see that the other robots were catching up to her. She could either run or fight- and both options seemed to have very slim probabilities of success, since her invisibility was rendered useless by the robotic sensors. If she could find a weak spot in the robots, she might be able to make a stand. On the other hand, the approaching robots were making up for lost time.
