Corn dogs

“It’s been years since I had a corn dog,” you reply. Andi smiles, taking your hand as she guides you to the concessions stand. Andi orders a corn dog and root bear, while you opt for a Coke with your corn dog. Soon, two piping hot foot long corndogs are handed to the two of you, and you sit down at a nearby bench to eat.

As you eat, Andi points out on of the kids at the batting cages. “Oh my god, he’s wearing a Thundercats shirt! I haven’t seen that show in ages!” Suddenly she blushes, realizing her comment was heard by several strangers…and you.

However, you smile gracefully at her. “Personally, I always thought Lion-o was a bit of a spoiled brat myself. My favorite was always Panthra, although I did have quite the crush on Cheetara.” Andi looks at you in shock, then starts to laugh. You laugh softly, not wanting to drown out her melodious giggles.

“Okay, then,” Andi takes another sip of root beer, then sits her cup down, a mock serious expression on her face. “Coolest Mutant Ninja Turtle – Go!” She looks at you, waiting for your response.

“Donatello, of course!”

She playfully smacks you. “No way! Raphael, baby!”

The two of you laugh again as you throw your trash away. Andi grabs your hand and smiles at you. “Come on! I’ve got an idea!”
