Controlling others

'well' Josh thought, 'I've already seen some of what I can do to control others...and it looks like i can do it with just a word.... i wonder if thoughts work that way... and I wonder if there are limits..."

He jumped up and walked to the window, looking out over his quiet street. Since it was still fairly early, he didn't see many people...except the mail lady. She was a few doors down, filling a mailbox.
