Cheerleading is more or less the same as yesterday. You learn a couple new cheers and practice your cartwheels and splits. Miss Beaumont beams at you again throughout the entire practice while Rachel shoots you dirty looks.
When practice is over, Miss Beaumont approaches you. "Parker, could you come to my office after you shower and change to continue our conversation from yesterday?
You nod and agree and head back to the locker room.
You get back to the locker room and take off your uniform while Julia strips off beside you. The two of you walk into the showers where you find most of the other girls.
Rachel glares at you when you walk in and motions to Julia who obediently joins Ella in assisting Rachel. The two of them soap Rachel up just as they did yesterday, though this time Ella gets the front and Julia the back.
When you finish your own shower, you're getting dressed when Julia joins you at your locker. The two of you chat for a bit while getting dressed. Out of the blue, Julia says, "You know, Parker, if you're not too busy tonight, I'd love to take you out shopping. I can pick you up at your house after dinner if you want."
You think about it for a bit.
