Continue your patrol

There is no time to be peeping. You continue your watchful patrol of the city. As the night drags on, you find yourself in the industrial district. Dark and low in population, it was a hotbed of criminal activity.

Soon enough, you chance upon a gathering of people near the docks. They looked like thugs, and are loading some crates from a boat. Very suspicious.
