Continue to be kind to her.

"Even that's okay, Mom," you say and you reach over to hug her. "I'm okay with being a girl. It took me a bit to get used to it, but I'm all right with it now."

She buries her head in your shoulder and cries. "You're so good to me, Parker. I don't know what I did to deserve you."

The two of you clinch in a tight hug. She lifts her head off of your shoulder and seems like she's about to kiss you on the mouth. It does not seem like a purely maternal gesture to you, which takes you aback.
