Conference in his chambers

"This case will proceed after counsel and the defendant have a conference with me in my chambers" He says and bangs the gavel.

The older judge, the two male attorneys and Melissa head into the judges' room in the back.

"Ok, Melissa. We have a deal to propose to you." The judge announces to the brunette beauty.

"First up, you may be facing additional charges of trying to influence the court with your actions and...um,attire today." The judge sternly looks her over, his eyes roaming across her body.

"In exchange for not adding those charges to your list, and to place your DUI case into the diversion program certain things will be asked of you." The judge continues.

Melissa hears encouraging words and perks up, then is quizzical.

"What do I have to do?" She inquires.
