In the end, after some serious thinking on the matter, you believe the only way you're going to find a place within a dark guild is to first show that you are, in fact, evil to the core. A first-class villain, someone who is willing to cross that line between human and monster and learn to live with their actions no matter who or how it affects them.

It's quite the step for anyone to take and you knew this as you gaze out your window looking down at the people walking by. Your actions could affect them too and by becoming a dark mage you have to strip yourself away from the people and learn to look after number one, yourself. Still with the evening so young and no plans to go anywhere tonight you take the time to think about what crime you should commit in order to attract the attention of Dark mages?

According to most of the stories you know mages become dark mages after they **** someone leading them to become mage assassins taking hit contracts for the wealthy. The question is where to get an **** contract, after all, they do not find their way onto normal guild job boards so maybe the shady local pubs and taverns could be a place to start where criminal and less than pleasant people spend their jewels.

A good start you guess, but you also remember a tale you once read about during your younger year about a famous dark mage known as the "Maiden Snatcher". It told the story of a mage who throughout his criminal life managed to kidnap over a hundred women from the kingdom of Fiore, using them as his slaves until he got bored of them and sent them back to their normal lives unaware of who he is or where they went. The mage finally met his end by the hand of a woman who turned out to be a mage from one of the normal guild who kills him with a pair of magical daggers, one through the heart and the other through his manhood.

A chill tale, yet his crimes became a book so maybe this type of crime is what will get you the attention of the dark guilds of Fiore.

Naturally, the list of crimes you could try is endless and so spending that night alone in your bed you bring up all sorts of ideas before finally settling on one as the morning sun shines through your window awakening you to your new life as a criminal....
