What Does Maria Do?
Comes Around the Counter
Catarina’s heart pounded at a hundred miles an hour. She felt herself tingling, the piercings in her lips and ears felt like they had electricity in them. She tried not to let it show.
The Greek shop girl wore her jet black hair up in a bun and the black store hat. Underneath the black apron, she wore a yellow polo t-shirt with collar. Finally, Catarina was wearing some black skintight spandex shorts trimmed with pink. They hugged her large, toned olive coloured thighs, the tattoo of a snake half on show. Finally, she wore a pair of comfortable black sneakers and socks.
“Right, that’s it.” Maria marched around the side of the counter. “I’m going to teach you a lesson.”
Catarina got her hands up in time as Maria started swinging. The barrage was relentless and Catarina barely managed to get a swing in of her own.
Maria’s blows battered her around the side of the head and she found herself shrinking away. What had she gotten herself into?
Maria whacked the hat off her head and grabbed a handful of jet black hair. She pulled her towards her.
Catarina felt her roots straining as she screeched in agony. She tried to pry away Maria’s fingernails, but they were locked in.
Catarina had to get out of this enclosed space. She was trapped. Crying out, she threw a clawed hand at Maria. Her nails scratched across Maria’s cheek, leaving an angry red mark.
Her assailant let go of her and Catarina found herself with an opening.
