John decided that first he would build his own Lightsaber before anything else though, as he wanted to lead the War on Onderon.

So with aid from his brother he Built his first Lightsaber, which was made in the form of a Lightsaber Pike. He then disobeyed orders and Went to Onderon, after getting into contact with Lux Bonateri, he set up camp in the Wilderness using the **** to raise a Great Hidden Base inside A Hollowed out Mountain. Now all he had to do was go about attadking Imperial Targets and Rallying the People. And what better way to do it than as a Jedi?
