Christina didn’t like that her mother had remarried, but she didn’t speak up at any point. John was kind of mean to her and he seemed like he hated her and his house now. She herself was a quiet bookworm, who mostly kept to herself during school and at home, preferring to sit in the living room and read her book than anything else.
