Choose family relationships at the start

This is a fairly common one that I feel is very important. I find the notion of sibling relationships to be very romantic (essentially an **** variation on marrying a childhood friend) while other people will prefer inter-generational (father/daughter, aunt/nephew, etc) or cousins (not even considered **** in some places).
