Character Creation

{if gamevariable1 < 1}Monika has five primary skills: Charisma, Combat, Gambling, Sex & Stealth.

Each skill ranges from 1% to 100%. Her Charisma, Gambling and Sex skills start at 40%, while her Combat and Stealth are 50%. The higher the percentage, the greater the ability and notoriety for each skill.

During Monika's adventures if you select a thread that is related to a skill (for example, "attack the trolls) then the corresponding skill (in this case Combat) will increase by +3% if your current level is under 75%, or +1% if it's over.

Character creation consists of adding three blocks of +15% to any skill of your choosing. Once your version of Monika is finished you can move on to choose an adventure to play.{endif}
