"AAHH!" Darth Imperius screamed in pain, something was sucking the life **** or the **** from her. She ran down the hallway screaming Sith soldiers under her command were also dying as well and in pain, Clones too. By some miracle she reached the bridge Anakin and Obi-Wan were on the bridge laying on the ground groaing. Then she saw it CIS and Republic ships but badly damaged but firing with what they could at their ship. Most of the clone and Sith officers lay down groaning but trying to fire the canons. She fell down unconisous.

"Get up, child!" Imperius sat up with a start still in pain but with less than earlier. Everyone else was on the floor. The ship shook she stood up looking at a nearby console the ship shields were still holding. The rag tag of CIS and Republic ships firepower were weaker than anticipated, they looked like they barely held together a mysterious **** seemed to be doing most of the controlling of the ships.

Horak-mul, Sith-pureblood, but now **** ghost stood before her. She had used binding **** power or **** walking ritual to bind various ghosts in order to defeat her past rival, Darth Thanaton. She remembered that day freeing the other ghosts as they wanted but Horak-mul stayed behind wishing to see more of the galaxy. "I don't know how long I can protect you from the **** drain but you are the only one who can save everyone here. Board the command ship put a stop to the darkness within it." Horak-mul explained to her. Imperius knew what she had to do she made haste towards the hangar.

The autopilot kicked in avoiding laser fire here and there. She sighed feeling tired. When was the last time she rested? When was the last time she smiled? Years ago before she was a ****.

"Akame!" Her bestfriend, her sister Maya, called out too her, "Maya!" She shouted back, joy filling her upon seeing her sister, Maya.

"Should we be here, Maya?!" Akame called out to her. Coming up over a grassy hill.

"It's fine, we got each other, plus the villagers are just scarred of ghosts and legends. Ghosts aren't real. Come on!" Maya replied, she grabbed Akame's hands in hers, tugging slightly, "Who will protect you, little sis? Remeber our promise?"

Akame looked into Maya's emerald eyes. "You will protect me, and I will protect you." Akame said remembering.

Maya nodded smiling, "Exactly, we're sisters-" Akame joined her saying it in unison, "and we will have each other's backs, in this life and or whatever happens next."

Both of them smiled then Maya turned holding one of Akame's hands leading the way. "Let's go I feel like we need to enter the ruins!"

The ran up the next grassy hill the ruins of an ancient unknown temple lay before them in the distance down in the valley below. Both girl made haste toward the ruins running hand in hand, they were young, having fun, and exploring.

Rolling down the hills laughing, tickling one another, playing tag, and growing their bond as family as sisters. But the playing slowed them down and the ruins was farther away than they anticipated or maybe somehow time operated differently there. It was night now, "Maya maybe we should turn back it's dark the ghos-"

"Akame there is no such thing," Maya said leading the way pulling Akame along finding a pedestal and a door leading underground. Akame felt cold. Colder than normal something evil and dark was here, now Akame tried to pull Maya back but it was too late, "MAYA!"

She woke shouting Maya's name, the shuttle must had landed in the hangar of the CIS ship and she must have fallen asleep somehow during the ride to the ship. She sat up strenched her limbs readying her lightsaber, Darth Imperius activated her crimson blade, VRRRROOMMM!

The shuttle doors opened, she stepped down and got onto the ship. It was dark, she could barely see then blue and red laser fire shot out toward her from all sides.

She took in a breathe, and with the **** swelling deep inside her, before the lasers could reach her she saw multiple instances of the future, possibilities, pasts, and the present. Where to deflect, when to block, when and where to DODGE! She ducked down low dodging the first laser shot, then spun around deflecting a red laser back in the direction of its owner, and jumping up avoiding several more before landing back on her feet blocking one laser and swinging her blade to left to send another back.

It was a dance and she danced perfectly. Avoiding laser fire, jumping, spinning, and deflecting shots back. Soon the room was quiet, only her breathing and the sound of her lightsaber. She couldn't sense anything this place was twitsted and strong with the darkside the unkown being that shot at her in the dark were either dead or injured in the dark. She didn't have time to go and check she needed to stop the infection of darkness. She had to cut the head she could sense the source of the evil came from the ship's bridge.

She stood up, looking around her. PEW! PEW! "Ow!" Akame cried out the shot grazed her left arm. Two B1 Battle Droids emerged from the darkness but they weren't normal they were twisted and dark, with dark side energy and black goo on it and seeping out. It held the !B1 alive or reanimated? Somehow through the **** lifeless assuming these droids had any life from the start.

She deflected two shots back into them, taking them out, two thuds. They fell with a thud hitting the ground. Maya touched the pedestal putting an hand on it then an invisible **** wrenched Maya from Akame's hands! Raising her older sister into the air. "MAYA!" Lighting streaked across the sky and coldness surrounded both girls. Red energy sparked life around the pedestal and shooting out at Maya into her. Then she fell down with a. . .THUD!

Why now? Why remember Maya now? Not that past! NOT THE PAST! She stood there in the empty hangar in a daze. "Remember me?" A voice asked in her mind but it wasn't her own. "Who are you?" She asked back. "You know who I am, sister." She shivered. Something wasn't right maybe she was going crazy. She first had to deal with the problem at the bridge then later deal with the voices in her head.

Three doors she decided to head down the center one. Maybe she can find elevator up? Now a hallway. Dead bodies of clones and B1 Battle Droids and down the hall guarding the next door was two clones both of them didn't wear helmets but something was off. Black dark side energy surrounded them and they had red eyes. If they had any life before they were gone and now they saw her and growled and raised their blasters! She acted quick! She **** throwed her lightsaber cutting them in half recalling it back to her hand. Catching it smiling even though her head was hurting every now and then, remembering her sister, and with the **** drain trying to eat away at her she was still strong. I can do this she thought. Lifting her spirits.

She managed to find an elevator up. Making her way to the bridge she could sense the threat. She encountered a few more corrupted clones and corrupted B1s, easily dispatching them. She opened the door to the bridge and before her stood a cloaked figure with a white mask that mad her think of a skull? They ignited a crimson blade of their own. Horak-mul appeared before her, "Now is the time, strike the darkness!"

The dark being spoke but roughly and weak, but there was a hint of darkness and void in the voice. "I am Darth Nihilus. I see into your mind I will use this power to destroy you." Red **** drain shot out towards her from Darth Nihilus she blocked it with her lightsaber. Nihilus stopped his attack, taking a step back. Suddenly darkness, Akame woke with darkness all around her she stood on a cobble stone platefrom in the darkness in the middle of void all around her.

"You have lost! You are not a honorable person you're a disgrace!" Akame's head began to hurt like hell! "AH!" She screamd in pain falling down to the ground clutching the sides of her head with her hands.

Her lightsaber rolled off her belt rolling a few feet away, she looked up through the pain and tears seeing Nihilus in this dark nightmare. VRRROOM! Nihilus activated his crimson blade. In the distance she heard Horak-mul shouting at her, "Child this is-" and, "Wake up!" But she couldn't she was too scared fear gripped her. She reached with the **** for her lightsaber igniting the blade! Standing up readying a defensive stance.

"You should have stayed!" Maya's voice rang through her mind she fell down to one knee again in pain her head hurt. Darth Nihilus spoke next, "You turned your back on your own sister and let the Sith Empire hurt her and countless others. Why must they suffer while you live now a life not as a ****? If you are free should you not help them? That's what you want? Right? Free all the slaves? Set all the captives free?"

"NO! STOP!" Akame shouted.

Nihilus ignored her still talking, "Stand up," He commanded, she slowly stood her ground still in pain and tears. "STAND UP!" He commanded. She stood up readying for battle. She then heard many voices, Horak-mul, "FIGHT THE DARKNESS!" Her sister, "GET UP! If you can't beat him you are a pathetic and a weak Sith Lord!" Khem Val her Dashade companion and friend, "I follow your lead, little Sith," Ashara, "But into what? What kind of Empire do you see?" What did I see what did I do? Akame thought. "You've done nothing good, you are like everyone born evil, and weak because of your humanity." Nihilus' voice cut deep the word stung and hurt her. Verbal truths and insults cutting deeper than any saber ever could. Then Nihilus attacked her and she parried the first attack away.
