Changed in the morning

Helen walked into the bedroom feeling almost nostalgic as she shook her daughter awake. “Alexa, it’s time to wake up.”

Alexa stirred awake opening her eyes as she saw her mom staring down at her. Alexa had forgotten about her diaper as she sat up and the cover dropped.

Alexa gasped as she saw her diaper was soaked. Helen smiled as she laid Alexa on a changing pad and pulled the diaper off. She reached in the drawer and grabbed a fresh daytime diaper.

Alexa squirmed as Helen wiped her and sprinkled baby powder.

Alexa saw the door swing open and in walked Faith and Charlie who had big smiles on their faces. They watched as Helen finished diapering Alexa.

“Now for your clothes,” Helen said as she grabbed a pink shirt and matching skirt and slipped them on.

Alexa blushed as she felt like a child in her outfit. “Aw she looks adorable,” Charlie said. “We have so much planned for her. We better get going.”

Helen nodded as they all headed downstairs. They slipped mary jane shoes onto Alexa’s feet before heading to the car. Helen carried a diaper bag with her and Alexa was shocked to see a baby seat in the car as she was put into it and buckled in. Helen began driving and Alexa looked nervous.
