Change of plans

Seeing your confused expression, Jo leans down and briefly kisses you. “Relax, I’m calling an audible. Trust me on this. I shouldn’t be more than an hour or two, wait up for me, and I’ll make it worth your while!”

Amy interrupts, coming out of the bathroom “ready to go?”

“Of course! See you later babe!” Jo calls out over her shoulder as they sail out of your room.

What the fuck just happened? Did Jo just blue ball you? Or should you trust her and wait for her to come back later?
