You decide to start making changes to her outfit first. You change her pants into a skirt and shrink it to the point that it barely covers her. Next you start to expand her breasts from C to DD. Her ass gets a boost as well making it nice a big. You then increase the size of her thighs making her a sexy thick elf. With all of this done you resume the game.
Elara begins to talk as if nothing had happened to her. She talks about the different towns close to you, asks you to stop by your house, where all of the other female companions in the game are, and wants to drop off the stuff you have her carrying.
With the first two things there was plenty you could do. Maybe turn the town into a sexual free use paradise, or you could slowly change every companion you had at home and make your own harem.
