Chad felt lucky that he'd won the online contest. His new gold pen was quite impressive. The note that came with the pen just said "write and the story shall be".

The note was quite direct. If he wrote a story it would come true. Chad was a bit of a bully (hey his name says it all) from a fairly wealthy middle class family. He wrote because it amused him, not because he really needed the fantasy. He decided to write a new story on a whim. He could test the pen and have a few laughs at some ones expense. He still didn't really believe that the pen was magic. After all it was just a silly note.
