Celestia stepped on Hifumi.

He was a creep and a pervert and thus, more likely to give her permission to pee with a simple stepping. The law had only been out for a few days and yet it was already worse than Celestia imagined. It went from just peeing infront of a guy to also needing their permission to pee.

It was humiliating and infuriating. She was Celestia Ludenberg! She was the one that orders people around! That's the whole reason she wants to be rich. So she can get anything she wants and force people to do her bidding by paying them. She wasn't the type of person to be ordered around. Yet, this law made it very tough to avoid that. But, she found a loop hole. If she orders this creep to give her permission to pee then it's still her being the one to order others around... She assumed.

"I'm waiting, Pig. Give me permission to pee. Now." With every second that passed, it was getting tougher and tougher for her to hold in her pee.

Instead of listening, he just obeyed. From him, it was surprising. If she asked, she would've expected him to lick her shoes clean. Seeing him disobey an order from her and instead start laughing... Not only was it surprising but it was annoyed her even more.

"My dear Goth Queen, I've been waiting for a moment like this. For a women to give me control of their bladder in a moment of desperation. I doubt you can hold it for much longer. You wouldn't be able to find another guy to give you permission. So either you'll have to piss yourself in humiliation or give into my demand."

"Are you sure you want to give me demands? I can press much harder you know." Celestia said, growling the words as she moved her foot closer to Hifumi's neck.

"I'm quite sure. I know your not in any position to refuse after all. Plus, my demands work for the both of us. I'll let you pee if you do it into this tea kettle for me to drink from." The shock she felt as she watched him pull a tea kettle out of his bag was almost enough to make her lose control and start peeing right then and there.

"Well? Do you have a deal, my Goth Queen?"
