Cathy sees a friend

Cathy suddenly stops and gives a squeal of delight before taking off running down the mall, her skirt billowing up and exposing her every third step to the people around. You and Kelly have to rush to keep up with her. She finally reaches her destination: a young woman talking to a teenaged girl and boy working at the photo studio. The woman looks to be in her mid-twenties. She has long black hair and is wearing a cream-colored silk blouse and slacks.

"Marlene!" Cathy cries out, jumping on the woman's back. Marlene immediately turns and throws Cathy to the floor, pinning her arm for a long two seconds (and giving the boy at the studio an unobstructed view of her bottom), before letting her go.

"Cathy...? You shouldn't do that you know; I could have hurt you."

"Oh, I'm sure you wouldn't hurt ME!" She stands up and huggles Marlene's arm. After introducing you and Cathy: "This is Marlene, she works for my dad. Isn't she WONDERFUL? Did you see what she did? So what are YOU doing here?"

Marlene looks uncomfortable at the attention Cathy is giving her, but answers: "I'm having some... intimate... pictures taken to give to my... my girlfriend."

"Marlene likes girls," Cathy explains trying to snuggle in closer.

"I like WOMEN," Marlene corrects her pointedly. "My appointment is now; I... have to go in now."

"Can we watch?" the three of you blurt out almost in unison.

"No," Marlene says, firmly. Peeling Cathy off her arm, she walks towards a back room with the girl working there.

Cathy pouts unhappily, and then turns to the boy tending the booth alone. "Do you think you could maybe just let us in for just a little bit?"

"The three of you are... very lovely, but...No. I take my job here too seriously to screw it up. I'm sorry.

The three of you look at each other and smile. A challenge!
