As I looked around the room, my conscience caught up with me. The girls were looking at the door rather than me but it felt like their shock was directed at me. I sheepishly did my jeans back up and started to lay Tara down on the sofa, not daring to look around again.

Suddenly Becca put a hand on my back and quietly said "it was Casey, Laura went to check on her but you should go to" I started to protest but she cut me off.

"You know what Caseys like as well as we do, if you don't find out for yourself and apologise before you're told what you've done wrong, she'll make it ten times harder. We'll sort Tara out"

I nodded silently and turned to leave, still not daring to look at the girls. I knew what I'd done wrong, I just didn't know why I'd done it or why Casey waited until the end. Or in fact why noone else said anything. I muttered an apology and headed towards the stairs, hearing Steph ask "what the fuck happened?" And what I'm sure was a "wow" from Gemma.

I headed straight to Caseys room, prepared to take a slap and a verbal assault. The door was closed, so I took a deep breath and knocked.
