Carrie's announcement

"Good afternoon, everyone," Carrie begins her press conference, knowing she has a lot of ground to cover since there have been plenty of rumors about her since that fateful night in Dallas.

"As many of you know, some days ago I was in fact, almost kidnapped and **** in Dallas, Texas, but I wasn't thanks to one man. That man is here today. His name is John, and well...this is the difficult part of my announcement..."

She trails off, trying to keep her composure as the press looks on, as does her soon-to-be-ex-husband and a lot of her soon-to-be very confused fans.

"Ahem..." she continues, clearing her throat, "uh...well...there's no easy way to say this, I guess. I am here today to announce that I'm pregnant! And the father is not the man all of you know as my husband, Mike, but the father is in fact John, the man who saved me and whom I have fallen in love with."

Through the murmurs of the crowd, Carrie kept on, further explaining.

"As a result of this pregnancy, I am also here to announce that I am leaving my husband to start a life with the man who is the father of my baby, the new love of my life, and my hero, John. Mainly because Mike never wanted to have kids and start a family, and I always have, and now I have been given that chance. I know many of you have questions, so fire away."
