Captured By Pirates

“It would be wise if you let me go!” Ahsoka said to the pirates.

“No it would be unprofitable, and why would I do something as shortsighted as that?” The pirate captain Hondo replied.

“If you don’t let me go, you’ll wish you’d been born a protocol droid,” Ahsoka threatened.

Hondo stood up and walked towards the Jedi. He had her in manacles, rendering her unable to move. As he approached, Ahsoka threw him a dirty look. Hondo studied the young Jedi’s immobilized body.

Ahsoka attempted to reason with the captain, telling him the republic will pay him greatly if she is released.

Hondo simply scoffed at Ahsoka’s comment.

“I have my sights on more nefarious criminals than I. I have received an offer...a certain person who will pay handsomely for a female Jedi!”

Ahsoka was confused, what use could a Jedi be to this certain person?
