Captain Jane Taylor, a woman

You are Captain Jane Taylor of the Experimental Earth Space Group, a 20-something woman who has dedicated her life to her career. While that means that you are an excellent physical specimen with a sharp mind, it also means you don’t really have any family or friends… nobody who would, say, notice or care if you went on a dangerous expedition into uncharted space. Standing before the three cops on their hover-bikes, you remove your space helmet and unzip part of your bulky and uncomfortable suit, revealing your somewhat plain face, brown hair pulled into a severe and militaristic ponytail, and a black sports bra covering up your very small breasts. You’re a rather average woman who clearly prioritizes physical fitness over physical beauty, and judging by the audible grumbling from the three cops surrounding you, they’re not too happy with you crashing into their ocean.

“Oh my gawd, she’s like, so small!” One of the cops gasps as you unzip the top of your suit.

“Lt. Trixie!” The cop without her helmet snaps and looks in the direction of the cop who just spoke. “Don’t be rude. You know not everyone is as well-endowed as we are.” She tugs on her top and pulls out one of her perfectly shaped and bouncy breasts. “These tits are a blessing. Don’t you forget that. Besides, I’m sure this beautiful young woman has plenty of other good attributes.” The head cop winks at you.

“Like a sweet ass, I bet.” The third cop calls out.

The head cop smiles at you. “Unfortunately, ma’am, we’re going to have to take you in to the Women’s Department for processing. Your little crash here could’ve damaged the Statue Of Libertitty.
