Calm down and find some clothes

After a minute of using her semblance, Ruby came to a stop in an uninhabited part of the school gardens. She quickly ducked behind a bush and breathed heavily as she tried to calm down, clutching Crescent Rose tightly to her chest.

She hadn't even been on the school grounds for five minutes before everything had gone wrong! And all those people, her future classmates, had seen her standing completely naked in the middle of the courtyard! They had pictures and everything! They must be sharing it with their friends and soon the whole school will know about the dumb little freshman who blew up her clothes.

Maybe it wasn't too late to go home. She could just find some clothes, sneak back to Patch, tell Dad it just didn't work out, and then finish her last two years at Signal. By the time she made it back to Beacon everyone would have forgotten about this incident.

Ruby took a deep breathe as she tried to rein in her panic. Sure being seen naked was incredibly embarrassing. But that was just normal academy stuff. She'd go back, pass her initiation, take her bit of humiliation, and then everyone would forget about this in a week or two and everything would go back to normal.

Right?

She had her doubts but what wasn't going to help her was hiding in a garden when she should be preparing for her initiation. She'd just have to find some clothes, get back to the prospective students, and change into her spare clothing once everyone had their luggage again.

Her heart still thumping, the nude teen hugged her weapon tightly before head back to the school building, doing her best to remain hidden behind bushes and trees. She just felt so embarrassed being completely naked in such an open space where anyone could see her.

Finally Ruby came up to a side entrance and snuck back inside, shivering a bit as she felt the air conditioning on her bare skin. She grimaced as too late she spotted a security camera aimed at the door, no doubt capturing her naked entrance. She really hoped she wouldn't get in trouble for this.

Okay, time for her to find some clothes.
