Calm Goodbye down by letting her off the hook

Goodbye had just given you a major update to your mission, but there was no reason to rope her into the lewdness that entailed; after all, she was forthcoming with whatever limited knowledge she already had. She wasn't difficult to hack or investigate either. You calmed her nerves by telling her you were already thinking of how to focus on Operation Master Stroke going forward.

She did indeed seem to regain her calm... then took another big swig of coffee, which set her leg twitching again. "Ha ha... Very good... Y-You're a reliable one, Ciao!" Goodbye giggled with relief, seeming satisfied to return to the status quo, at least for now. "Those girls aren't going to make things easy for you, but I'm confident you're up to the task. You're a true professional! Those are rare these days, you know?"

You continued nodding, while noting internally that she seemed pretty pleased she'd managed to avoid being any part of this scary new mission development. Her skittish behavior was actually making you feel a little bit bashful about the task ahead of you, too... In a way, this mutual procrastination towards your new duty was a bit like a bonding experience of its own.

At any rate, you could decide at some later point if you wanted to change your relationship with your boss... nothing was off the table. For now, you heard your team leader telling you that they had landed in Berlin and were beginning infiltration... it was time to tune back into the actual handler stuff and see how your team was performing under their temporary leadership.
