I never had a grudge against Caitlin I just found her cute, but I could use her to get **** on the other hero’s.

My plan was to sneak into Star Labs, and hypnotize Caity which should be pretty easy to do. To my luck she was alone in Star Labs, and I sneak up behind her, and I touch her hypnotizing her.

“Now stand up Caity” I smirk as I say it. I turn her around to face me, and I then get an evil plan to finally stop The Flash for good.

“Caity next time The Flash gets injured in battle you will give him a shot that will take away his speed forever.” She nods her head in agreement, and I tell her to wake up from her hypnotic trance as soon as I left the room.

I smile to myself I needed to speed this process along of him getting injured, so I decided I was gonna pay Thawn a visit. I knew that he wanted The Flash to lose his speed more than anyone, so of course I was gonna get his help to speed the process along.
