Broken down ship.

The screen shows a distress beacon a few quadrants off from her, sitting up tamara taps on the screen and finds there is a live signal, communication should be possible. She tunes her system to the signal and the screen flickers till it shows the image of a women "oh good god, i was worried no one would be in range" the women says sitting back looking exhausted "my ship hit an asteroid as it came out of warp, tore a hole in one of the engines causing it to explode, our life support is down to a crawl, we have maybe a days air left" she says

"ok, I will be in your quadrant shortly, just hang in there" tamara says closing the link. she didnt like rescue missions as much, dealing with people could be dangerous... but she wasnt about to risk these peoples lives over a bit of caution. She steers her ship and engages the engines, entering warp as she heads in the direction of the distress beacon.
