Bright Lights

You’ve barely cracked your eyes open when a bright light pours into your vision, making you wince and look away. When you tentatively look again, you see Nurse Joy holding one of those tiny flashlight things that doctors always shine in people’s eyes. You lazily rub your eyes as you ask, “Am I okay?”

“Just a little brain damage,” she replies. “You’ve had that for years, though, so it’s nothing to worry about.”

You look at her with a distinct lack of amusement. And that expression quickly melts into embarrassment as you examine your surroundings to find that you’re naked on a stretcher in the dang lobby of the Pokemon Center again!

“Backpack???” you ask, curling up into a ball to defend your body from prying eyes.

“Hmm… was there a backpack when I picked you up? Let’s see here…” The pink-haired nurse begins rummaging through various drawers and shelves around her desk, giving the guests ample time to find creative angles at which to view your nudity.

“Oh, dear me. I completely forgot. I put your backpack in your room,” admits Nurse Joy. You send another unamused look her way before trudging off to get dressed.
