Black Widow

Unlike many, the Avengers hadn't registered anything more than a cosmic blip. And while Doctor Strange would undoubtedly search for answers on his own, for the rest of the Avengers, it was business as usual. And for Black Widow, it was a just another mission.

Wearing tight black, with her breasts threatening to out the leather seems and into the open air. Long red hair flowed down her back like a river, while her features would have put most super models to shame. But that was her charm, how she lured targets in, and killed them. While the Avengers had given her a ****, gentler side... she was, at heart, a killer.

While considered one of the 'weaker' members of the Avengers, being a normal human with a bit of specialized training. But she was still one of the most dangerous women on earth, even if she couldn't shoot lightning or cast magical bolts. Beyond that, she served as the member who could do the dirty work. While the others could look clean... well, accidents happened, and Black Widow always seemed to be at the heart of it.

Today, she was in New York, taking out a small time crook who had managed to get big time weapon plans. Arming her widow's gauntlet, she quickly gathered the intel of the drop point, and made her way there... only to discover a vacant warehouse. Sure, it had been lived in to be sure. Growing a bit bolder, she began to investigate. Something bad had happened, of that she was sure. The microwaved food was still hot. The newspaper lay scattered across the floor. But most importantly, the weapon plans still lay across the floor.

Bending over to pick them up, she could feel slime at the edges. For once in her long life, Natalia Romanova was just a bit confused. Examining the plans, she didn't notice she was being watched.
