Better be alone than in bad company.

Garrett walks back toward the jeep and opens the driver's side door. He looks over Hannah's still **** body "Sorry Hannah, I hope you make it" he mumbles "But it's a dog eat dog world now..." He searches through her pockets, pulling out a small 9mm glock and a small dagger. You search the rest of the vehicle as best as you can, packing as much of the food and water as you can into your backpack. You leave one bottle of water and one can of black beans on the dash board. "Hopefully that'll tide her over until she makes it back home..." and with that, you close the jeep's doors and turn around, leaving the scene of the accident.

"I'll stay in one of these close-by shops for the time being" Garrett thinks to himself "and I'll go ahead and just leave in the morning..."

Garrett makes his way up some stairs that go up the side of the building, most likely a type of fire escape until he gets to the second story. He tries his hand at the door, it's broken and beaten down but still locked. "MacGyver"ing his knife into the lock he eventually pops the small wooden door open. Searches the tiny room, basically a small single apartment above this store, most likely the owner would sleep here.

Garrett plops himself down in a padded rocking chair that faces the front window which looks out over in the street. "Just so desolate..." he ponders as he stares out the window. Looking to his left he can see the Jeep...and Hannah still there. Across the street, looks to be a bakery "Ellie's Pastry-Nation eh?" he says aloud and to the right he can see a bunch of other abandoned buildings. "I"ll stay here for the night..." Garrett thinks to himself "and I head out in the morning..."
